When you wish it was Saturday on Tuesday
As I am beginning to write this, it is only Tuesday, and yet it feels like this week has already gone on for too long. After a tear-filled session with my therapist and a small, black cat that is too good at hiding causing me to have a minor (major) freak-out at night, I feel quite raw. 😭
Ahead of me:
a (private) doctor’s appointment to check my iron levels and potential reasons for a low absorption rate 🩸🥦
a dentist’s appointment to get a filling (covered by insurance) and for dental hygiene (which I’ll probably cancel, because - no energy and I don’t want to risk a crash). 😬🦷 Prioritize: filling - important; dental hygiene - not as much
Saturday, when doctor’s visits are over for the week, only to start again the following Monday. Living the medical life!
Fodder for my soul

📚🐈🤓 The Cat Who Saved Books, a wonderful novel about exactly what the title promises: a cat who saves books. Need I say more?

This week, this:
A question that remains…
Which movies have you watched in the last few months that were unexpected gems? ✨ 🪩 🎞️ Share the wealth!
We just saw American Fiction at the theater. Not streamable yet, but so great, and so deserving of all the Oscar awards for which it is nominated. We will check out the movie you recommended. Sounds good! Not sure how I missed this post from Jan. 24, 2 weeks ago. Now I think I'm caught up! Sending love, and also thanks, as one of the lucky recipients of the aforementioned long emails!
